Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 November 2026

These terms apply to Stjobno (https://stjobno.com) and its services. By using the site, creating an account or buying something on it you accept them.

1. Who we are

The site is run by OÜ MEO SERVICES (registry code 11227630, Vabaõhukooli tee 112, 12015 Tallinn, Estonia), a company registered in Estonia. Write to us at zen@stjobno.com.

2. The services

  • Chatbook turns a Telegram or WhatsApp chat export into a digital book: a PDF made by your browser and a "living book" (one HTML file with photos and voice messages). The first pages are a free preview; the whole book is bought once. Chatbook makes digital books only — nothing is printed or shipped.
  • Mail is a web client for your own mailboxes. It is free. Its AI functions come with a free trial and then need either a monthly subscription or prepaid credit ("Mail AI").
  • Teams let people work together on the site's services: you invite people by their e-mail, they accept, the team's owner names administrators. A team of up to five people is free; a bigger one needs a paid team plan (monthly or yearly), which also gives the team its own mailbox on our mail server.
  • Other tools on the site are free and offered as they are; we may change or remove them.

3. Your account

Anyone aged 16 or over may create an account, with a password or with an account of Google, Yandex ID, VK ID, Microsoft or Facebook. Purchases are made from an account and stay in it. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done from your account. An account used against these terms may be blocked. You can delete your account at any time in your Profile.

Service e-mails. By creating an account you agree that we send service messages to its e-mail address: the confirmation of the address, sign-in and security codes, password resets, receipts of the services, invitations to a team and the notices of the services you use. They come from our own address (such as info@stjobno.com). The notices you can switch off in your Profile → Notifications; the messages about security and payments always come. We send no advertising without your separate consent. A person you invite to a team receives one e-mail with the invitation from us on your behalf — invite only people who expect it.

4. Prices and payment

  • The price is shown before you pay. A Chatbook book's price follows its size (the number of messages and photos, and voice messages written out as text when you choose that) and is shown live in the maker. Mail AI's subscription price and the credit amounts are shown on the Mail AI page.
  • Card and PayPal payments are handled by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for those orders: it charges you, issues the invoice and handles sales tax, and its own buyer terms apply to the payment.
  • Crypto payments are handled by CoinGate; the price stays in euros and you pay its equivalent in the coin you choose. Network fees of your wallet are yours.

5. Delivery

Everything we sell is digital and delivered at once. A Chatbook book opens in the maker as soon as the payment is confirmed, in the browser where you made it; download the PDF and the living book and keep your own copies. If you choose, the finished book is also kept on the site for 30 days and then deleted. Mail AI opens as soon as the subscription or the top-up is confirmed.

6. Mail AI: subscription and credit

  • The subscription renews every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time with "Manage the subscription" on the Mail AI page; the AI stays open until the end of the month already paid.
  • Credit is a prepaid balance. Every AI request takes off its real cost to us plus the markup shown on the Mail AI page. Credit is tied to your account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash (except as in the Refund Policy) and does not expire while the account exists.

6a. Team plans

  • A team plan is bought by the team's owner and renews every month or every year (the yearly price is that of ten months) until cancelled with "Manage the subscription" on the team's Plan page; the plan stays until the end of the period already paid.
  • When a paid plan ends, the team keeps its members but cannot invite more than the free plan holds. A mailbox made on our mail server for the team is kept, but making a new one needs a paid plan again.
  • A team's shared mailbox is used by its members from their own Mail; the team's owner and administrators decide who is in the team and are responsible for what the team sends from it.

7. Refunds and your right of withdrawal

Refunds and the right of withdrawal are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the chats, e-mails and files you use with the services, and you are responsible for having the right to use them — a chat also belongs to the other people in it, so make a book of it only for yourself or with their consent, and respect their privacy. Do not use the services for unlawful content. We use your content only to provide the service you asked for.

9. AI-written texts

Some functions write texts with artificial intelligence (chapter titles, retellings, translations, summaries, replies). AI can be wrong or invent details; read what it wrote before you rely on it or send it.

10. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, do not use it to send spam or for anything unlawful, and do not resell the services without our written permission.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change the services; a change never takes away a book you already bought or a period you already paid for.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any loss arising from the use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, nor our liability for intent or gross negligence.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If something goes wrong, please write to us first — we answer every message. A consumer may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) or the courts of their country of residence.

14. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Changes apply from then on; a purchase is governed by the terms in force when it was made.
