Stjobno Mail
All your mailboxes in one inbox
A simple web mail client for the addresses you already have. Connect them once — then read, answer, schedule and sort everything in one list, each message marked with its mailbox's colour.
Free. Your passwords are kept encrypted; the mail stays on your provider's servers.
- 1. Type your address
Gmail, Yandex, iCloud, Mail.ru… the servers are filled in for you.
- 2. Use an app password
Most providers give one in their security settings — we tell you where.
- 3. Read it all in one list
Every mailbox gets its colour. Add as many as you have.

News for Gmail users
Gmail stops collecting mail from your other accounts
In 2026 Google ends Gmailify and the "Check mail from other accounts" (POP) setting. If you read your work, Yandex, iCloud or own-domain mail inside Gmail, connect those mailboxes here — next to Gmail itself — and keep one inbox for everything.
Why people read their mail here
What matters in email today — and how Stjobno Mail does it.
One inbox for every address
Gmail, Yandex, Mail.ru, iCloud, Yahoo, Zoho, your own domain or any IMAP server. Each mailbox has its colour, and a letter that reached several of your mailboxes shows once.
Your mail stays where it is
Nothing is moved or copied: the messages stay on your provider's servers. Here are only the headers of recent mail and the messages you open. Remove a mailbox, and what we kept of it goes too.
No ads, no selling, no training
We never show ads, never read your mail for marketing, never sell data and never train AI on it. The AI works only when you press its button.
Senders don’t see when you read
Tracking pixels are removed, and pictures from the internet load only when you ask — so a newsletter cannot learn when, where or on which device you opened it. Trusted senders’ pictures can always show.
An inbox that sorts itself
Newsletters and notifications are bundled apart from personal mail — by their headers, without AI. New senders can wait for your OK; unsubscribe in one click, block whoever you like.
AI when you want it
A summary with ready replies, writing and polishing your text, translation into 13 languages, dictation and questions to your mail in plain words.
Never lose track
Snooze, Done, pin, mute a conversation, scheduled send, a reminder when nobody answers, templates and your own folders kept in step with the server.
On every device
In any browser, or installed as an app on a phone or computer. Push notifications come for personal mail only — not for newsletters.
Mail that reaches the inbox
For your own domain it checks SPF, DKIM, DMARC, the server's reverse name and blacklists — and says what to fix so your letters don't land in spam.

Questions and answers
Is Stjobno Mail free?
Yes. Reading, writing and sorting the mail of every mailbox you connect costs nothing, and there is no limit on the number of mailboxes. Only the AI functions are paid: they are free for the first 7 days, then a monthly plan or pay as you go.
Do I get a new email address?
No. Stjobno Mail is an email client, not a mail provider: you keep the addresses you already have — Gmail, Yandex, iCloud, Mail.ru, your own domain — and read them all in one place.
Can I read Gmail, Yandex and iCloud in one inbox?
Yes, that is what it is made for. Add each mailbox once and all of them land in one list, every message marked with its mailbox's colour. When you write, you choose the address it goes from.
Can I connect Outlook.com or Hotmail?
Not directly yet: Microsoft accepts only its own sign-in (OAuth) from mail apps, and Stjobno Mail does not have it. Forward the Outlook mail to a mailbox you connect here.
Gmail stops collecting mail from my other accounts. What now?
In 2026 Google ends Gmailify and Gmail's "Check mail from other accounts" (POP). Connect those mailboxes here instead — and Gmail itself next to them — and read everything in one inbox again, without forwarding.
Is it safe to connect my mailbox?
You connect a mailbox with an app password — a separate password your provider gives to mail apps, which you can revoke at any time without changing your main password. It is kept encrypted on our server, and the connection to your mail server is encrypted too (SSL/TLS).
Do you store my mail?
No. Your messages stay on your provider's servers. We keep only the headers of recent mail (sender, subject, date) to show the list quickly and the text of a message once you open it; attachments are fetched from your server each time. Remove a mailbox and everything we kept of it is deleted.
What does the AI do, and who sees my texts?
When you press an AI button, it summarises a message and suggests replies, writes or polishes your text, translates, takes dictation or answers questions about your mail. Only that text goes to the AI provider — Claude, GPT, Gemini or Mistral — and our logs keep no texts. Nothing goes to the AI by itself, and your mail never trains anyone's AI.
Can senders see when I open their email?
Not through pictures. Many newsletters hide a tiny tracking picture that tells the sender when, where and on which device a message was opened. Stjobno Mail removes such tracking pixels and loads no picture from the internet until you press "Show pictures" — or until you choose to always show a sender's pictures. A link you click can still be counted by its sender.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser, and you can install it as an app on Android, iPhone, Windows or Mac. It can send a push notification for new personal mail — not for newsletters.
Can I use mail on my own domain?
Yes: any mailbox reachable by IMAP and SMTP works — cPanel, Plesk, your hosting's mail or your company's server. For your own domain it also checks whether your mail will reach inboxes: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, the server's reverse name and blacklists.
