Plans and the shared mailbox
The free plan and the paid team plans (monthly or yearly), how the owner pays and cancels, and the team's shared mailbox — on our server or the team's own.
The plans
| Plan | People | Price | Shared mailbox |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | up to 5 | free | the team's own mailbox may be shared |
| Team | up to 25 | 19.90 a month, or a year for the price of ten months | + a mailbox of its own on our server |
| Business | up to 100 | 79.90 a month, or a year for the price of ten months | + a mailbox of its own on our server |
The people counted are the members and the invitations waiting for an answer. The prices and limits shown on the team's Plan page are the ones that apply.
Choosing a paid plan
Only the team's owner pays.
- Open the team → Plan.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly — two months free.
- Press Choose on the plan → the payment page of our reseller Lemon Squeezy (card, PayPal …) → pay.
- You come back to the Plan page; it shows the new plan as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually a few seconds).
Manage the subscription on the same page opens Lemon Squeezy's page: change the card, see the invoices, change the plan or cancel. A cancelled plan stays until the end of the period paid.
When the paid plan ends, nobody is taken out of the team, but nobody more can be invited while it has more people than the free plan holds.
The shared mailbox
One mailbox for the whole team — info@, support@, sales@ … Every member adds it to their own Mail with one press and reads and answers from it there; the password stays hidden from them.
Setting it up (the owner or an administrator)
Open the team → Shared mailbox, then:
- A new mailbox @stjobno.com (paid plans) — type the name before the @ and press Make the mailbox. It is made on our mail server at once.
- The team's own mailbox (any plan) — a mailbox the team already has with any mail service that has IMAP and SMTP: its address, password, IMAP server and SMTP server (with their ports). The site logs in first; a wrong password is not kept.
The password is kept encrypted with a key of its own. The owner and the administrators see it with Show the password (to set the mailbox up in a phone's own mail app, for example).
Using it (every member)
On the same page press Add to my Mail — the mailbox appears in your Mail among your own mailboxes, in its own colour. In your Mail — take it out removes it from your Mail again (nothing changes on the server).
Leaving the team — or being taken out — takes the mailbox out of your Mail by itself.
Stopping it
Stop sharing (the owner or an administrator): the mailbox leaves the Mail of every member and is no longer kept here. The mailbox itself and its mail stay on its server.
When something does not work
- "A mailbox on our server comes with a paid plan" — choose a paid plan first, or share the team's own mailbox.
- "Shared mailboxes are not available on this server yet" — the site's administrators have not finished setting up the mail server; write to them.
- IMAP: … refused when connecting the team's own mailbox — the password or the servers are wrong. Gmail, Yandex, Mail.ru and iCloud need an app password, not the account's password.
- Not on the Plan page: Choose — only the owner pays; or the paid plans are not on sale yet.
